Producer | Europe
You're the person who makes things happen. You're in the budget, on the ground, and on the phone at 6am when something shifts. Race Service runs fast. So do you.
We usually respond within two weeks
Compensation: €58,000 – €72,000 annually, depending on experience. This is a contractor engagement.
You are the person who reads a creative brief and not only develops logistical solutions, but creative ones as well.
You have two screens open. Budget on one. Creative brief on the other. You're equally at home in both. You understand creative strategy well enough to sit in concept meetings and production realities well enough to know what's actually possible with the time and money on the table.
A director says "I want it to feel futuristic." You already have three locations that look like the moon and a lighting setup that makes talent look like they're stepping out of a spacecraft. You are a creative problem-solver and producing is your canvas. That's what separates you from every other producer in the room.
You are based in Europe and you know the market. Not just one country — you have working relationships with vendors, crews, and locations across the continent. When a production lands anywhere in Europe, you're not starting from scratch. You're making calls.
Race Service is a small, agile team that goes from brief to production in days. You're not managing from a distance — you're in it. The budget, the set, the 6am problem nobody else wants to solve. Some producers want a coordinator under them and a desk to sit behind. That's not this. This is a field role.
What you’ll be doing
Own project logistics end-to-end. You are accountable for budgets, shoot timelines, on-set schedules, vendor coordination, and crew engagement across pre-production, production, and post-production.
Be the bridge between creative vision and execution reality. Managing communications and expectations with all key stakeholders across every stage for clients, brand partners, internal full-timers, and external freelancers.
Work closely with account leadership to translate creative ambition into scalable, profitable deliverables that meet and exceed client needs while maintaining Race Service energy and approach.
Protect scopes and use creative problem solving to overcome on site challenges in order to deliver client projects up to and beyond their standards even when the initial assumptions are broken.
Own the field. You're not only managing from a desk — you're able to go on-site and are energized by it.
Understand set etiquette, prioritize crew safety, and make real-time calls when operational reality shifts.
Follow the system. Improve the system. You operate within a structured project lifecycle and leave every process slightly better than you found it.
This role involves working outside standard hours, international travel, and working weekends and holidays.
Who we're looking for
✔ 5–7 years producing high-stakes creative projects — brand content, experiential activations, live events, or any combination of the three, ideally within an agency, production company, or post-production environment.
✔ A hybrid creative/operations brain. You give structure to creative thinking and handle production details simultaneously. You're equally comfortable in both modes. You don't just execute creative concepts — you find ways to bring them to life within the constraints.
✔ Field-first. You're energized on-site, not just in pre-pro. You know set etiquette, you've owned a Circle Up, and you take safety seriously because you've seen what happens when someone doesn't.
✔ Strong existing vendor relationships across Europe and the instinct to build new ones. Your rolodex is an asset you bring with you.
✔ Budget fluency from bid to reconciliation. You build them, protect them, and wrap them. You know what actualization means without us explaining it.
✔ A communicator who can hold a room. You can walk a client, a crew, or a boardroom through a production plan and make everyone feel confident.
✔ Fluent in English and at least one major European language. You can read a brief, build a budget, and communicate with a client in both languages without missing a beat.
✔ Proficient in Google Workspace (G-Suite). Google Sheets are non-negotiable. So is a working knowledge of call sheets, master sheets, and production workflows.
✔ Comfortable coordinating with the LA studio on post-production handoffs. You understand the pipeline well enough to keep assets moving across time zones.
✔ Responsive, autonomous, and equipped to work in a non-traditional creative setup. Flexible time zones, remote coordination, on-location execution.
✔ Familiar with US-based production workflows. You've worked with or alongside American teams and you know how they operate.
✔ Based in Europe with the ability to travel within the region and internationally.
Bonus if you also bring
✔ A genuine curiosity about automotive culture, motorsport, or brand experience. Not as a requirement, but as a reason you'll love the work even more.
✔ Prior experience as a contractor or running your own production entity.
✔ Additional European languages beyond English are a strong plus — Italian and German are particularly relevant.
